Cancellation Policy

1) If in any case, the confirmed booking needs to be cancelled, it has to be cancelled before 5 PM on the day prior to the Journey/Travel Date.
2) If Cancellation is done before 5 PM – 50 % Refund (Transfer of Travel Date)
3) If Cancellation is done 24 Hours Ago – 100 % Refund
4) If Cancellation is done after 5 PM – NO Refund / No Transfer of Travel Date.
5) If you miss taking the bus by any chance no refund will be provided.
6) The amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days of cancellation.
7) Service charges & GST amount will not be refunded if already charged.
